The special meeting of shareholders of certain Columbia Funds was held on March 3, 2010. Shareholders of the funds of Columbia Funds Variable Insurance Trust and Columbia Funds Variable Insurance Trust I approved all proposals at the meeting. Shareholders of most of the remaining Funds approved proposals 1, 2 and 3 as applicable, and the meeting was adjourned until March 31, 2010 to permit further solicitation of shareholders to vote with respect to any remaining proposals not yet approved. |
