Enhanced online security coming soon
Columbia Management is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your online experience. To help ensure your information is kept safe and secure, we’re enhancing the security on your account.
What to expect if you have re-registered for mutual fund account or financial professional site access since November 6, 2011:
- When you log in within the next few weeks, you will be asked to select three security questions and create answers that only you will know.
- If we ever need to verify your identity, we’ll ask you to answer one of these questions. Your questions and answers provide another layer of protection for your account.
NOTE: The new security questions and answers are different than the password validation question and answer you chose during the re-registration process. You will continue to use your original validation question and answer in the event you need to reset your password online.
If you have NOT re-registered for site access since November 6, 2011:
To gain access to your mutual fund account or the financial professional site, you will need to re-register. Note: Future Scholar 529 accounts DO NOT require re-registration. Log in to your Future Scholar account now.
