Asset Allocation Team

The Columbia Management Asset Allocation Team meets monthly to review global economic investment conditions and markets. Team members discuss and evaluate the relative attractiveness of equities, fixed-income and alternative investments within various sectors, investment styles, markets and countries. The consensus opinion of the team is published in the Investment Strategy Outlook.

Colin Moore, AIIMR, Chief Investment Officer

Colin Moore is the chief investment officer for Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC. His responsibilities include ensuring that a disciplined investment process is in place across all asset classes, including equity, fixed-income and cash. He is also responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of the firm's proprietary alternative investment product offering, a key component of the firm's long-term growth strategy.

Anwiti Bahuguna

Anwiti Bahuguna, Ph.D. Senior Portfolio Manager

Anwiti Bahuguna is a senior portfolio manager with the global asset allocation team at Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC. She is also responsible for asset allocation research and portfolio management of the firm’s asset allocation funds and separately managed accounts. Dr. Bahuguna joined Columbia Management Group (a subsidiary of Bank of America) in 2002 and has been a member of the investment community since 1998.

Marie Schofiled

Marie M. Schofield, CFA Senior Portfolio Manager

Marie Schofield is chief economist and senior portfolio manager at Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC. Ms. Schofield is a member of the firm's investment strategy committee and leads the effort on macroeconomic research and strategy. She is also a member of the asset allocation team. Prior to her current role, she served as head of the core fixed-income team in Boston from 2001 through 2006 and as senior strategist for the fixed-income strategy group from 2006 through 2008.
