Columbia Management is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your online experience. To help ensure your information is kept safe and secure, we have enhanced the security on your account.
What to expect:
- During the registration or login process, you will now be asked to select three security questions and create answers that only you will know.
- If we ever need to verify your identity, we’ll ask you to answer one of these questions. Your questions and answers provide another layer of protection for your account.
NOTE: If you need to reset your password online, you will use the validation question and answer you created during registration, which is different from the security questions.
Do you need to re-register?
If you have not registered for site access since November 6, 2011, you will need to go through the registration process to gain access to your mutual fund account or the financial professional site. Investors need a fund and account number to re-register, information which can be found on quarterly statements. Financial professionals need a CRD number or Access Key for re-registration.
Future Scholar 529 accounts DO NOT require re-registration.
