To access your 2013 tax forms, first log in to your account, then select the "Online Tax Forms" tab from the top of the page.

2013 Tax Statements

You may receive one or more of the tax forms listed below from Columbia Management, depending on your holdings. For more details and FAQs on any of your tax forms or backup withholdings, please refer to our Tax Guide.

 

Statement Purpose IRS Mailing Deadline
1099R: Distributions from Pensions, Annuities, Retirement or Profit-Sharing Plans, IRAs, etc. January 31
1099Q: Payments from Qualified Education Programs January 31
1099DIV: Dividend Income February 15
1099B: Proceeds from Broker and Barter Exchange Transactions February 15
5498-ESA: Coverdell ESA Contribution Information April 30
5498: IRA Contribution Information May 31

NOTE: The fair market value of your retirement account(s) is also listed on your year-end statement. You do not need Form 5498 to file your tax return.
